How to use speed dial with Microsoft Teams Voice.

If you're like us, you have at least a few people inside and outside your organisation whom you call regularly. You can make these calls extra-seamless in Microsoft Teams Voice by adding contacts to your speed dial. 

How to use speed dial with Microsoft Teams Voice

You can add contacts to your speed dial using the steps below.

  1. Open Microsoft Teams
  2. Click the Calls tab on the left hand side task bar
  3. Click Speed dial
  4. In the top right corner click Add speed dial
  5. Search for an existing contact to add by r name, or typ in a telephone or mobile number
  6. Click Add
