Sydney, Australia; February 23 2017 – IT services, connectivity and cloud infrastructure specialists, Fastrack Technology announced today it has secured a deal to sell a fifty percent stake in the business to Australian managed services leader, Brennan IT.
Fastrack Technology has specific sector expertise in enterprise connectivity, device management and Microsoft consulting, while Brennan IT is Australia’s number 1 managed services provider (MSP) with a specific focus on cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
“Fastrack Technology and Brennan IT have a similar approach but complimentary skill sets. We’re excited to have the opportunity to expand our respective businesses and co-develop processes that will bring our combined knowledge and experience to both enterprise and mid-market customers”, said Yoni Kirsh, Managing Director at Fastrack Technology.
Under the deal, Fastrack Technology will continue to provide most of its existing products and services, but will also focus on creating a tight and focused set of solutions to streamline customer engagement and make it easier for businesses to procure services from Fastrack.
“Brennan IT has made a financial investment in Fastrack Technology with the objective of achieving positive financial returns and sharing skills and expertise. Fastrack is a standalone business and the team is focused on maintaining the culture of an agile approach blended with service excellence,” said Dave Stevens, Chairman of Brennan IT.
“We see the relationship between Brennan IT and Fastrack Technology as a symbiotic one. We’re looking to integrate some of Fastrack Technology’s deep skills in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) that are more enterprise-focused and bring them to the mid-market, to benefit our more traditional customer base”, continued Stevens.
Under the deal, Dave Stevens joins Yoni Kirsh as a Non-Executive Director at Fastrack Technology.
