2015 was one of the most successful years in Fastrack Technology's recent history. It saw us continue to grow, invest in leading-edge technology, achieve greater levels of partner recognition and entrench a new brand identity. We would like to take this opportunity to share our achievements with you, as none of it would be possible without your involvement.
Our business has continued to grow, both in customers under management and capability. Not only did our total customer base expand by over 50 percent but we also welcomed a number of talented staff into our technical and administrative teams, who quickly made an impact during key projects.
The launch of Office 365 and direct cloud connectivity products in Australia provided our customers with a competitive advantage. With Office 365, customers have access to a world-class and cloud-based productivity suite, ushering in countless ways to collaborate. Moreover, direct cloud connections like Azure ExpressRoute have completed the IaaS puzzle, ensuring our customers' applications were highly available and provided the best possible user experience. We also noticed the hype behind the cloud had disappeared and as a result, we helped many customers move critical infrastructure off premise.
By maintaining our investment in the Microsoft stack, we achieved the highest level of recognition for Cloud services, the Gold Cloud Platform competency. The competency affirms Fastrack as a top Azure partner and is a reflection of the training, dedication and number of real-world Azure deployments conducted by our consultants. Further acknowledgement of our work with Microsoft devices, datacenter, cloud productivity and midmarket solutions has also firmed our position as a market leader in the advisory, provision and support of a broad range of Microsoft technologies.
Finally, a company rebrand saw Fastrack's visual identity refined. With a more prescriptive brand in place, we could contribute to industry discussions more than ever. Most notably our involvement in Microsoft Ignite, the ARN Rountable, Lawtech and the Construction Innovation Forum allowed us to challenge preconceptions while interpreting and acting on market demands.
